Provincial Director, Antalya Provincial Directorate of Health
Having finished the Medical Faculty in Trabzon, he served as Asisst. Provincial Director and Director in the town of Gumushane until 2002. Afterwards 2014 he worked 12 years in various departments within the Ministry of Health in Ankara. Since February 2014 he has been the Provincial Director of Health in Antalya. Dr Hulur speaks English.
